You can also merge 2 ships if they are at the same level into a higher level ship. Ships that are successfully built will be placed beside the Marine Base. Tap the Marine Base building->Tap the ship icon to build a ship. This is where you can build your navy vehicles (ships) which can either defend your base and attack enemies ( Increases overall CP).
Tap the ‘!’ button at the top for more info. The Garage is where you can store your tanks, merge them, release or delete (Tap the green icon above the Garage). You can speed up the process by tapping the Barracks building->Tap the blue ‘>’ button->’Speed up all’ (Requires Training Speed-up items). The higher the Barracks level, the longer it takes to build a tank but with a stronger and higher level. You can also merge 2 tanks if they are at the same level into a higher level tank. Tanks that are successfully built will be placed beside the barracks. Tap the Barracks building->Tap the tank icon to build a tank. This is where you can build your Land Force units (tanks) which can either defend your base and attack enemies ( Increases overall CP). (Build->Select a building->Place your building to an empty area->Tap the ‘✓’ button) Most of the buildings can be built and unlocked once you have achieved level 20. Upgrading each building also gives tons of EXP which helps to level up faster. (2 level 2 Gold Mines into 1 level 3 Gold Mine). Merge at least 2 of the same type of buildings within the same level.You can obtain tech items from the World Map or from your Inventory (Go to ‘Build’->tap the green ‘🡡’ arrow button->tap ‘Research Tech’-> tap ‘Obtain’->’Search Loot’).
You will require both Coins and tech items in order to upgrade. (Tap the blue potion icon above the Research Center Building). (Go to ‘Build’->tap the green ‘🡡’ arrow button->tap ‘Research Tech’).

Once you are done with the tutorial, always upgrade as many different types of buildings as possible to increase your overall CP and level.
